- -Street address is not 213 Rosie Road.
- -It says “2 erven (to be consolidated)” but the Notice only mentions 2/213, which is one erven? If they are intending to consolidate with 1/213 or RE213 – it should say so and then it would not be 8565m2 as stated in the notice. This is misleading.
- -They are requesting that the property be deregistered as an A/H.
- -If this plot is deregistered as an Agricultural Holding – then it opens up the rest of that section between Austin and Rosie’s Place to be developed in the same way. This would mean not only would we have high density apartment blocks on the section of land bordered by Old Pretoria Road and Austin but also on the section bordered by George, Austin, Douglas and Rosie’s Place.
