- In this proposal they are covering most of the land. Is this allowed? Do they need open areas?
- They also are doing manufacturing on this property. Is this suitable for this area?
- Do they have enough parking planned for all their training rooms?

- With the Road Master Plan they will not be able to drive straight onto George road. How are the planning to have access to Austin Road when that time comes?
